Hi All,

I was charged $4k by my property manager on behalf of a plumbing company who claimed to jackhammer the floor and replace 10ft of the main kitchen pipe. I have evidence that the flooring was never touched and piping not replaced. The property manager should have verified the completeness of the work, assuming he is not part of the scam himself. How do I go about getting my money back?

I'm looking for a property manager in Dayton. Preferably a smaller, more hands on company. Any tips about PMs in the area? Also I would really appreciate some recommendations for handymen, contractors (woodworking, AC, painting) as well.
