How did you find a broker to work under after you passed your real estate exam?

Hi Jeff, I am looking to do aa very similar thing here in the next couple months. Not sure, what the rules are in OH, but after passing your real estate exam, did you have to work under a broker for a couple years to get fully licensed? I take my exam here in WA in a month and am wondering what the next step to getting fully licensed looks like. Thanks.

Hi, I wondering who has they license here and only has it for purposes such as having access to MLS and other benefits. I am not looking to buy and sell other people's homes but am having trouble finding a broker to work under for 2 years. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
