I'm trying to analyze a purchase as a MTR and thought Furnished Finder had data for rents. Do they have that feature and I'm just not looking in the right place? Is there a better place to find this data?

I misspoke. I didn't mean physically in the state. I meant someone who does business in AZ since it often requires a license that is state specific. Who do you recommend?

That's almost impossible to answer because there were only 12 FHA 203k loans endorsed in Arizona last fiscal year. So, no lender has sufficient experience in Arizona, but there are many lenders who have done hundreds of 203k's nationwide.

 That's interesting. Do you know if there was a specific reason as to such a low amount of 203k loans in AZ? Is it just the property values or are there other roadblocks locally?

Asking because the 203k is NOT for construction .... only for rehab of existing properties and want to provide you with correct information. 

By the way, there is a database of Certified 203k Contractors

I currently have one SFR rental as well as a SFR that I am house hacking. My current tax situation isn't super complicated so I've been satisfied with TurboTax but I'm mostly focused on someone who's expertise is tax planning for continued portfolio growth
