My partner and I are in the middle of a flip that requires a new electrical box. So far, we are three electricians in and no closer to getting the job completed despite our repeated attempts.  None have suggested completely retiring the house, yet none want the job.  Does anyone have a name of a trusted electrician in the Rockford, IL area that can tackle this seemingly easy, yet somehow difficult job?

Hi Tim,  thank you very much!  I'll reach out to him

I am about to start a flip in Rockford and am having trouble locating a good roofing contractor.  There was a hail storm this spring and evidently that has kept them so busy that even highly rated (expensive) contractors wont even call me back.  Can anyone give me a recommendation for this or any other reliable contractor that you have worked with in the Rockford area?

Congrats to you @Philip Williams!  I walked the property with him and saw just how little had to be done to the place.    I look forward to trying to repeat this as many times as possible.  Wash, rinse & repeat!

Welcome Dean!  My two cents on the traffic comments - Unfortunately the problems extend to the far northwest suburbs as well (although they have improved since the I-90 expansion has been completed).

@Philip Williams Congrats to you!  How often do you attend the live foreclosure auctions and how many would you say you target before you are able to acquire one?
