I don't know if this is the right place to post but if not please move to the right place...My question is I am buying a condo and I have to live in it for one year I have 3 bedrooms the property is in Las vegas so i want to rent out the other 2 rooms by the room so I am wondering if this is feasible I am looking for a Property Management company in Las Vegas would they take this on or is it a no go?

Thanks for answering my question Parker my mortgage Lender told me the same exact thing that you posted that i can transfer the property into a LLC.

@Lucas Carl

Hi Lucas thanks for reply but I know you can add closing costs in the mortgage so I ain't worried about that and I also know U can get a loan with an LLC but I am looking for that 10 percent down factor.

1. Ok as far as a LLC goes I live in Vegas can I get an LLC in another state and if so I can buy and sell in Vegas with that said LLC?

2. Here's My stats I make 34k per year I have 10k Liquid and a 760 credit score I can get a loan very easily but that's an owner occupied I am looking to buy, hold and rent out my problem i am running into is all the banks I called want 25 percent down? Any loan programs that will take it down to 10 percent down?
