@Joe Solari what research have you done so far, and what areas are you interested in?

I have done some research in the New Hampshire and Florida area just with the market being so high just hesitant to jump in

Welcome! My fav resource to drop for first time investors is Rabbu — totally free short-term rental data tools that can help you research markets, addresses, and even find STR properties

Thank you ! what states do you invest in?

Hi I’m looking to buy my first time short term rental. I live in Massachusetts I’m open to any and all areas was wondering if any one could share some info or places you have had success in.

Hi I’m just starting out. Was possibly looking to invest in Florida single or multi family. Was wondering if any one had any insight on what would be a better move in this market single family or multi and also short term rental or long term? And what areas I’m from Massachusetts and the house prices are too crazy here

Thanks for any information
