What about customized key chains, on the buy side?  I've also seen folks use those big key signs, that say "SOLD" when their client buys a house. Is that a thing?

Hey All,

Im doing some market research to figure out information for a business idea I have.

I'd like to start selling closing gifts for realtors, and wanted to see if that was still a thing.

If it is:
* What type of closing gifts are popular?
* What is a good price point for them?
* How many do you buy at a time?
* Are they customized?
