@Amelia McGee I feel sad for him. He obviously had a lot of pride in ownership of these buildings. But now due to his mental decline things have been left to decay. Mental decline is a tough reality for many. But, perhaps this will give you an opportunity to own a rich piece of history. I would love for you to keep me updated and perhaps if it comes to market and you are still looking for some sort of partnership we could talk.

@Amelia McGee

How did this turn out?

Bill, I am working on investing in the Des Moines area as well.  Would like to connect some time to see what your goals are.

All the best,

@Sean Polley Sean, how does the Partner Driven system work? What are the investments required, am I obligated to use this system for every deal I find will this run congruent to other real estate deals?

Thanks

@Brad Cornell ... What is the latest on this transaction?  This is the type of property I am looking for and looking for any advice on the Purchase process and any legal form requirements. Were you able to find a good source for the forms?

@Jack Yen  ... How is your car wash investment going? I am looking at one in West Central Wisconsin. It has 5 self service bays and 2 in bay automatics. The two inbays have card readers but the other self serve bays are all all coin. I visited with the owner and it sounds like there is a fair amount of involvement on his part for day to day operation. Were you able to find someone to manage yours?

@Bishoy

@Bishoy Takla Did you do any business with them? I see they have a number of reviews that are very poor with cookie cutter responses. Just wondering as I was contacted by them.

Thanks, Joe

@Merle Brubacker I have seen other listings, such as For sale listings. Some new, some not so new. I hope with the revisions coming to the marketplace in jan - feb of '20 that the marketplace will become used much more.
