I am an investor based out of Chicago IL. I am interested in a property where a tax buyer has been purchasing the taxes. I would like to confront them and try to buy the certificate. Does anyone know how to find out who the tax buyer is prior to them recording the Deed?

I am a real estate investor in the Chicagoland area. My partner and I are currently fixing and flipping 2 to 3 properties/month. We buy all of our properties with cash. We are looking at renting out some of our properties however will need to free up cash in order to buy more product. We are looking for some sort of financing or a line of credit. Any recommendations? I am open to ideas.

Does anyone know of a small community bank in the Chicagoland area that can do creative financing on several Multi-unit buildings. They are all in section 8 areas and were bought with cash. I am looking to free up capital to buy MORE. Any advice on a good community bank that will base the loan on the deal and not the business taxes and credit?
