@Charlie MacPherson

That is exactly what i got.. not to mention, i never got a mentor like I was told i would.. im sure its how the offices are run and not the company as a whole.. but it does make you wonder why they don't spend more time helping agents make money as the more money we make the more they make...

@Christopher Sparacino

I guess I'll see what they offer office wise when i meet up next week. I just don't want to make a move and end up in the same situation.

@Conway Morgan

Like i said, not sure if it's the company or the brokerage.... i do know an agent that went to a different office then im In and she wasn't happy at all.. and she is experienced... they are very competitive (same as my office) and she's used to more of a team environment..

Not yet. I've spoken to other people that were with weichert and switched and they said its a great place for a seasoned person, but a newbie not so much.

Honestly, I was excited. I got my license and about a month later weichert called me.. they were the first to call me so i met with them first. He sold me a good "package " so to speak and i bought it.. kind of wish i would have shopped around first.. live and learn.

Hello everyone,

Just to make it quick, currently I'm with an agency and well, I feel like I'm being set up to fail... it's been 9 months and all I've done is sat crap open houses that no one showed to. I've gone to a few networking things and there is usually a ton of keller agents there vs other agencies.. I have an investor friend who deals a lot with keller and recommend i speak to a keller rep. I set up a meeting with one, but im just curious how they are as a company, how is the training etc?

@Peter Roehrich. So say my company wyz llc wants to buy and flip, i would be able to do it? Or i personally have to pull the mortgage? I just read up on it real quick and it didn't say anything about that.
