Hi Julie,

Sorry for the late response. Yes, the insurance costs doubled and that wasn't even for the best coverage available. I decided not to buy rentals with pools.

Thank you Andrew, your comment helped me decide not to buy rentals with a pool.

Does anyone have any thoughts or experience on buying rental properties with a backyard pool.

I was wrong, it's $7,986 in closing costs. 5% interest and the costs appear to be everything you mentioned although being new to this and not understanding everything I'm probably not giving you all the details but I would be happy to show you the estimate. Also included is a 1031 exchange

I'm buying two properties in Jacksonville and Wells Fargo is charging $5000 for each loan.

Does that sound right?

Hi Leslie,

This is a fantastic investment option and would be even more fantastic if I was an accredited investor. I'll have to use it for motivation.

Thank you for sending it.

My name is Joe and I just signed up for BP pro last night during Brandon's web cast.

I need help already. What are your thoughts on doing a 1031 exchange?

I'm selling my Texas property because the taxes have gone up $1800.00 in the last 1-1/2 years. I'm looking at buying 2 properties in Jacksonville with the deferred gains plus cash on hand.

 Any thoughts?
