Property was beautiful with original flooring and we wanted to upgrade the property and make it beautiful.

a local broker found us the deal

We gutted it and upgraded the house adding 200 feet of attic space

What was the outcome?

Property sold for below what we anticipated as the Nashville market got soft with the interest rates.

dont believe the feds when they say they will lower the rates lol
