That's business. You submitted that as your best offer and they moved on. Thank you, next.

@Justin Miles For Franklin County in Ohio, everything is online. I'm talking decedent name and address and fiduciary name, address, and phone number. It's incredibly easy here. I was looking to branch out to LV, NV and was tearing up the internet to research it and couldn't find anything.

@Louis Davis I see. Here they're all online and show the fiduciary contact information. How would it go to auction if someone is a beneficiary in the will or gains rights to the property? Is it written differently out there in the law?

I'm currently looking for probates near Las Vegas in Clark County in Nevada. I've searched online over and over and cant find anything. In Ohio, the Columbus probates are all online and easy to access and I understand that not every county does things the same way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

@Frank Patalano I've been wholesaling to pay off bad debts. I have a good amount of knowledge ( enough to get into rehabs and start with rentals) but funding is very low right now.

If you have good or great credit, you're in luck!

@Joe Arida I would leave it the way it is. Much simpler in you part.

He doesn't need to know that you are getting other bids. Its a business. We cant get to emotional over things when it comes to our businesses.
