My wife and I really enjoyed meeting everyone.

Hi,

I'm new to real estate and was looking to see if anyone had any suggestions regarding local banks that lend to an LLC. I've been told by a few mortgage brokers to just get the property in my name and then transfer it but I think that is a scenario I would like to avoid since I've read that it can trigger the "Due on sale clause". Thanks for your help!

what if you have planted bee attracting plants as a part of the landscape and someone gets stung? say like Echenacia.
