I am in need of a suitable building around Boston for my clients 1031e. Looking in 6-25mm range, deal depends on how many units we sell off. If anyone has leads on large unit buildings please PM me, will honor all broker-client relations.

Are there any local developers who have a good read on this market? MLS Comps are all over the place. How much are you buying permitted land per unit? I need help to price this deal.

Projected revenue of development based on CMA is in the range of 2m.
