Tax Deed sale. When I put this house on Zillow it showed 6 bedroom. It's two levels and it mite be more then three. No municipal liens, code violations, weed abatement, etc. Would need "quite title action " . Could get immediate rent or move to evict worst case scenario. Win win either way. Have several  NICE Tax Deed(not warranty deed yet) properties in Birmingham Alabama. Zip codes: 35211,35218, 35217  right now. All lien search done no municipal liens, weed abatement or code violation on any of my properties.
