@Adrian Chu

I have a size able amount to put down for a down payment and rehab cost and my credit score comes back at a 730 my only problem is with my income. Only debt I carry is my car payment but that is it.

The Market in the Seattle area( specifically the Snohomieh county area is expensive and home are extremely over priced but with all that. I still think there are still things I can do to improve my chances of getting a great first investment.

Any contrator recommendations ?

Doesn’t have to just serve the Snohomish County Area.

New to the real estate world and looking to make my first investment so any tip would help a lot on how to approach contractors.
