A friend and I are joining up to invest our money in real estate perforably on multi family units. We currently have 100k and we’re looking to partner with someone that could help us with the down payment and mentor us along the way. My question is where can I find an investor that is willing to help us on the down payment so we can all get good monthly returns on the property we purchase.

@mike acri just looking for ways to get 20% down on a deal when in reality I only have 25,000 and could possibly get another 25,000

I’m looking to buy an apartment complex in the 3m dollar range. I don’t have the 20% most bank ask for so I was thing of going to a hard money lender to give me 600,000 loan and the rest from the bank. And thought and suggestion?

I’m new to real estate investment and recently came across Michael blank a well known real estate investor(from what it seems like). He has a mentor program designed to help new investor to join the program and help get their 1st investment using investor a properly management team and lots of other things the program come with. It’s very pricey program with 25,000 I can start my investments with something small or join the program go big with lots of help from people that already have a good portfolio. Is it worth it or should I just start my journey on my own starting small?
