Lol I hear that... Thank you Michael for that helpful information! I do intend on living in the property for more than 5 years. I wanted to have the LLC linked to that SONYMA loan so I can keep my. Ame on my current apartment lease. Being that my personal name has to be linked to SONYMA my next question would be this: Can I have my name on a SONYMA loan while keeping my name on my current lease? Thanks again Mike!

Hello all! I'm currently getting my ducks in a row to initiate the SONYMA loan process for my first home ever. (!!!!) I have an LLC company I incorporated in 2011 (completely unrelated to real estate). I was wondering if it's possible to put the mortgage under this LLC. Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm currently getting my ducks in a row to initiate the SONYMA loan process for my first home ever. (!!!!)

I have an LLC company I incorporated in 2011 (completely unrelated to real estate). I was wondering if it's possible to put the mortgage under this LLC.
