I'm trying to find information on what a property preservation company's process is. When a preservation or field services company is asked to inspect, clean, maintain & preserve a REO property, who is responsible to come up with the bid and what does that process look like? If the preservation company subcontracts the work out, do their vendors give a bid or does the preservation company set the price for each service and tells the vendor the price?

@Dave Spooner construction loan, didn't even think about that as an option. Thanks, Dave. I'll have to look into that and compare it to a hard money lender. Cheers!

I came across an incredible deal on a flip investment. The problem is I just purchased a primary residence and I don't have cash to put down on the flip investment. Are there options that would allow me to get a loan to purchase and rehab the house. Rehab should only take 1-2 months and the home will sell fast.

Any recommendations?

Hello BP world. I'm new here and beginning the journey in REI. I will be purchasing a house to flip and am in need of opinions on finding a general contractor that will help be on my team (for this deal and hopefully all future deals going forward). I'm in the Cleveland, OH market. Any thoughts, recommendations, or just opinions on who to contact, where to contact them, and what to look for?

I appreciate any feedback!

Thanks,

Joe J.
