First time home buyer that found a house, but the only issue is the possible mold/water issue in the basement.  The home is definitely a fixer upper and the plan is to put about 15k into renovations.  Just based on this picture, any idea if the water issues are major?  The small water damage line goes around most of the basement but the 2 big spots in the picture are the worst areas.  The consensus seems to be that mold issues are not that big of a deal but the cause of the mold issues(foundation issues) is what can be the big expense.

Any thoughts?
