Hey Guys, please take a look at this deal and let me know what you think. I’m a pretty experienced real estate investor but this is my biggest deal to date and would like to hear some feedback. I’m going to be utilizing a 1031 to acquire this property. The building is in great shape and completely rent stabilized. Please let me know any input. Thanks!

@John Fider one word, time. If it’s over priced, it will sit..let reality sink in for her. Keep checking in periodically and let her know your offer still stands.

Don’t forget about the extra cost of filing the taxes for an llc with a cpa. May not be worth it in the end.
