I have been following a property which is owned by someone in China. The property has been reduced 75K already and the owner is willing to take a loss. I have not experience buying from someone overseas or in China. All my other than REI experiences says dealing with anything related to China will be very complicated. Anyone have experience with this situation?

I am trying to find reviews for them also and I am not coming up with much.  They are also not returning my phone calls.

We have a Holdings LLC & a LLC in the state we live in. If we buy properties in our state under the state LLC entity. Can the rent checks go the Holdiings LLC?

The Holdings LLC is the owner (single member) of the state LLC and we obtained an EIN for the Holdings LLC but did not yet for the state LLC as I currently believe I don't need one. Hope my question above makes sense. Thank you
