To me a major play in the MFH space would be REITs, Institutional Investors, some of the bulge bracket firms ect, but I don't think that's what you mean.

Maybe you'd like, "Major players in mid-sized MFH market"

 Bill,

To clarify, I have several clients who are looking to invest in MFH space. The range is from 1.5 to 15 Million.

Need to connect with anyone who has knowledge of Multi-Family ownership in North Carolina. Interested in learning more about the market.

Good morning,

I'm currently working with a client who is looking to purchase over 75 doors in NC. The details and numbers are pretty straight forward. However, I'm looking for experienced investors and brokers to share any thoughts on potential issues that may arise between now and close.

Thanks for your help.
