Excellent.  Thanks for the info.  I look forward to hearing who you recommend for contractors.

Hello, we own a little over an acre in Central Oregon.  We bought the property with the intent to subdivide or partition it later.  There is an existing home on the land but a large pasture are that is not being used.  Looking at the demand for multi family housing and rising rent prices,  I’m thinking that we want to move forward with partitioning it into two and possibly three additional lots that will suit fourplexes.  It’s zoned R4 and the city says that I can do it.  In fact, the city seems eager for me to do it.  I  met with a Civil Engineer the other day and am beginning the planning process with them and the City!  I’m new to constructing multi family properties and would welcome any and all advice.  Curious about where to research builders and best approach to financing.  Thanks everyone!
