Im just getting started, and need some tips on how to find quick sales. I have bad credit and no money. I wanted to join Robert Kiyosaki's real estate program, but just dont have $700. What are my options?

I've tried buying foreclosures in the past. Like back in the 90's, and to this day do not know where to get the money. I have very bad credit and no collateral. What are my options?
