@Rob Massopust

Hi Rob!

I’m just now logging back on to BiggerPockets, thank you for this!

This provides some valuable information, can you expand more on it? I have to move out in the next few months and I am completely lost on where to start.

@Greg Dickerson

I’ve done a good amount of research on rent costs but not vacancies... what’s the best way to find that info??

I’m gonna look more into creative financing, because I don’t know much about it.

Thank you for the response, and I’m regards to your PM— I will check your YouTube out for more information.

@Jonathan Greene

And if this is not an option, what other option do you think I should go with?

@Jonathan Greene

My knowledge is built on books and podcasts, although some of it is— I have looked at properties, I’ve done the numbers on deals before, it’s a constant drive for gaining more knowledge in more ways than one, and that’s what separates me from the “too many young people are rushing into RE”.

Although I do not have the amount of financial resources required right now, eventually I will. I was looking for more insight on the questions asked.

Thank you sir.

My name is Joe Aquilina and I am 18 years old, I have been educating myself on REI for roughly two years now. And I have been anxious to get started.

I have to move out of my parents home and get my own place, it’s not ideal for an 18 year old just out of High school but I know other people have it worse.

Now that you have an idea of who I am, I have a couple questions, and please feel free to reach out to me and provide some insight separately from the post.

-I want to get a multi unit and rent out the other units, what is the best platform to find these buildings?

- is there any other way to acquire a multi unit with just as little % down as the FHA loan?

I have no clue where to start, and would really love some advice, thank you in advance!

-Joe
