Minh L. Mehran Kamari. HELOC may be a good idea so that I can take time finding the next opportunity. Raising capital from the outside is probably the most productive approach at this point though. I've always thought of partnering as a non-starter, based on the assumption that % of ownership is based on % of cash put in. Thoughts?
