I just received the same thing from AHMS. I have been doing short sales for 3 years and this is the first time I have ever seen it. I requested it be removed, but no luck. I had received an acceptance letter from them just a few months ago on the same house and it wasn't included. So, this is a brand new issue.

I do a lot of short sales and I know that because of the seasoning issues I will now need to get the deed as soon as I meet the owner. That way by the time that I have the end buyer ready to close the 90 day seasoning is over, but right now I have a few deals that I am working on that I didn't do this and I am scrambling trying to find a way around it. Does anyone think there is a way you could put the original owner and the end buyer on the land trust together? That way there is no break in title.

Is anyone marketing to bankruptcy? I have heard you should market to people who have filed for a "release of stay". Does anyone know how to get this information?
