Hey Josh, as an investor/realtor I am always connecting and reaching out to other investors and that is where I find most of my deals and leads. I suggest starting there. You can also start looking for some foreclosures, I have seen a few coming through. As far as the MLS I have noticed the market picking up when representing my clients but there are still some good deals out there.

It all depends on multiple factors. I am confident you can find a good COC return in Utah if you are buying the property as your primary residence (House hacking). I sent you a message if you want to chat more in detail about your situation.

Hey everyone! 

I am researching the best business bank account to fit my needs as a real estate investor but am coming up short. I want to be able to have multiple bank accounts for each LLC that owns a property but with one login. It seems like big banks like wells Fargo, chase, and US Bank can do this but I do not know if they are the best fit for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good bank account they use for this purpose? 

I am looking to invest in New Orleans and looking to put together a team to make this happen. Please comment or message me if you have any good contacts for the following.

I am helping a client navigate this right now actually. It is sticky because SLC has banned it but they have not regulated STR's yet. There are some loopholes, one being that you can file for an exemption if it is a multi-family residence. A lot of people still do STR's even though it is not allowed so I would assume SLC will eventually try and regulate with a certain number of permits.

Just reach out to different investors and ask questions. When I first was starting I would reach out to as many different people to try and learn. Then there are many podcasts and books you can read to learn more.
