I come from the hospitality industry so I know all the tricks of making people feel like they are home in an Airbnb. I ran a 5 star Airbnb inside my 1.5 bed apartment in Long Beach with guests in a bunk bed and one on the couch. It was a packed house! Honestly I don't even know how I managed to get people who wanted to come back, it wasn't anything special. However, it was close to a convention center so I know location does make a huge difference for short term rentals. I'm glad to hear you have benefited from the knowledge on this platform. I stayed up until 3am just deep diving into all of Brandon's YouTube videos which led me here. I'm wishing you the best in yours as well! I would love to connect soon. :)

I'm not sure at the moment. I'm looking to do short term rentals for Airbnb but I need to figure out the best places for that. I'm thinking mainly touristy areas will do best but I'm not exactly sure.
