This sounds good. I'm also from the Montreal area, from Brossard to be more. I've started Real Estate Investing not too long ago but I'm actively looking for properties and trying to visit and make some offers. I don't have anything under my belt yet but my objective is to have my first rental property or flip. I've built a basic Excel sheet with some numbers crunching. I'm looking forward to our first meeting.
