@Frank Dai

Hi Frank, if the cashier check is made out to yourself, how does one pay the trustee?  My bank is telling me that only the person whom the cashier check is made out to can cash it.  If you could clarify how this works, that would be great.

Hello,

I'm interested in buying auction properties from the court house steps in alameda, santa clara, contra costa, and san mateo counties.  However, I don't have the time to go to these auctions.  I'm looking for a service that will go there for me and purchase properties on my behalf.  If anybody knows of this service, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations.

thank you,

Job

@Margo Roberts Hi Margo, do you still use that person to buy auction properties for you?  I'm looking for a service where someone will go to the auction for me and buy properties for me in bay area.

who are the cashier checks made out to?

I'm in the San Jose,CA area.  What sort of insurance would I need as soon as winning an auction at the trustee sale?  Would it be the builders Insurance with regular property insurance?  Any recommendations for insurance companies in San Jose , ca area?
