Thanks for your reply, greatly appreciate it.

I think of wholesaling but I have been studying “subject to” the existing loans strategy.

Then, I guess I would rent them out, until I lear how to sell them.

What do you think?

It won’t cost me much if I register a name with the city, but I’m not sure.

“Besides, i have heard that we should not put nothing in our own name”

I am a beginner in RE.

I have the PHONE# ready.

I have the DOMAIN name ready.

....BUT

Do I have to register with my local city to do Real Estate business?

Some how, the government is gonna know.

“i can’t wait to make my first deal, but im on hold for this reason”

Thanks in advance

My concern as a newbie in RE is that most banks want a 10 to 20% down.

There goes my savings or the opportunity to be able to buy or invest in other properties.

I have been thinking of “Subject to” deals, I guess with $100,000 I can acquire a couple of houses and

not be enslaved with the bank for the next 30 years or so.

Also, our credit is crapy and we have poor income tax proof cause we are self employed in a print shop.

I greatly appreciate the help in this forum, I wasn’t aware to get results so fast....i guess i dont have to divorce my huby after all:)

Thanks

So, yeah my hubby wants to buy a house through the traditional bank way (which goes agains REIs)

I am a newby in RE,

learning as quick & as much as I can to acquire 5 houses for her.
