BP Community, my name if Joaquin Arizpe and a newbie on Real Estate. I am from Edinburg TX, currently work as an engineer for a big oil field company. I do not have much experience on real estate but just know that it is the best place to Invest. My goal is to buy and hold SFR properties and create a passive income that some time in a near future will give me financial freedom. I been looking at deals for almost five years but always had that second guess, then one day came across Bigger Pockets podcast and listen to Josh and Brandon and got hooked. They do an amazing job explaining and advising their listeners and just felt in love with that. I am exited to join BP and looking forward to learn from the BEST.
I just bought my first investment property last week and will see where it takes me. Any advises and recommentadions will be appreciated.
