Im very interested in flipping houses but need help to start. Im so willing to learn i guess you could call me the starving artist. Ive talked to one home owner and now have a rent to own home. I pay $650.00 a month and $500 every month goes on principal. I have a 10year loan with the home owner. Anyways like i said im looking to see if theres anyone out there where I can apprentice with. I live in az were im looking to not only flip houses but buy rental property. Funding is whats holding me back.

 Yes i see your point but working were i work there is a lot of contrators that live in hotels. For example were i work there is a big event "gem show" were all hotels are booked so contrators have to live the hotels or go to another job. I can charge $250. 00 a week for 3 bedrooms whats $750 a week. For 4 weeks but its very important to buy these houses in good area. Because yes i could always rent the whole house out if i couldnt fill it. So right im getting my business plan together to see if i can get some investors to back my company. Im the type of person that works hard to get what she wants in life. Im a avionic technician and with the money i make on the job i want to buy some more homes to refab and sell and keep some to rent out.. Thank you for your comments

I like this idea but as far as the den mother were did you advertise? Because I do believe you need someone on the property. Also what about if you have a property in another state. Do you leave it up to the den mother to advertise and keep the rooms rented out? My partner and I are getting ready to get another house. Any suggestions because on our first we are looking to add a studio apartment.

when I started my business Ive used my own money because my credit is not so good. I havent even tried to go get a loan. But i do have a house in Kansas that is paid for and a house in Az. I would like to get another. Right now Im working on a business plan so Im looking for investors in the Az. Area. Looking for some mentoring for my business.

I've been contracting around the United States for over 18 years I loved my job but, hated living out of a hotel room. living out of a suitcase it was awful. So about 10 years ago I came up with this idea to buy residential houses and rent out the bedrooms where contractors can share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The houses will be fully furnished from beds, TV in living room to pots and dinnerware, etc. The utilities - water, lights, gas, and internet will be included in one price either weekly or monthly. Our company, wants to provide quality housing for military and contracting people at a reasonable price. As of now we have one house in Huachuca City,Az. that is rented out we want to dedicate ourselves to making there stay very comfortable. So we are lining up a web site that will have local events, restaurants, local information for every location that we have a house, so our clients have the quality they deserve.
