Hello Bigger Pockets, I have been receiving emails from a couple Turnkey Property managed companies and am interested in making my first purchase with them but wanted to know if anyone personally uses these companies and if you have any advice to help me make this decision.

Hi, I don't own any property but looking to purchase a vacation home in the mountains but airbnb it when Im not using it? Can I purchase it as a vacation home or 2nd home without a primary home using a FHA/ Conventional Loan? I jusr rent I am in the Los Angeles area looking in the San Bernadino Mountains.
