As a Realtor in Boise, I am seeing more people asking about high speed internet options in neighborhoods, wanting separate living & family rooms (or bonus rooms), more interest in home office set ups and wanting larger lots / acreage.  I also think true virtual tours like the Matterport tours will become the new normal, not just for showing homes for sale, but for rentals since if done properly, you can use the tour to pre-market income properties before they go vacant.

Virtual tours, like Matterport, could also serve you (as a landlord) as documentation on the state of the appartment when the tenant moved inn. When the tenant moves out you could easily check if some damage were caused by him or was there already.

WOW!! Really impressive! Besides the purchase of the camera, is there a monthly fee to use the matterport software?

Thank you Biran. The options I would suggest for you are: 10$ month for up to 5 active models and 69$ month for up to 25 active models.

However you can try the solution for free using one of my available coworking accounts.

Now that's the walls have been closed its great to go back in time and see whats inside

I create a new 360 virtual tour of the house every evening after the contractes have left for the day.

The site oppussingen.com will automaticly forward you to the latest version. You can also access different models using the direct links in this post. I'm using two software solutions to create this project: Cupix and Matterport.

I do not own this house. I'm in it for the experience of documenting a project, using this new technology, from start to finish. The contracters and the home owner are very exited about this project and have nothing against it beeing published online.

Ask me anything you want, I'm more than happy to answer your questions.

    Hello @Eva Sothebys

    check out https://sevenstonesindonesia.com/ and see if they can help you out. I've never done business with them but from what I can see they look legit. They are also the only firm registered here on BP that operate in Bali, Indonesia. This appear to be one of the owners: https://twitter.com/terjehnparadise

    I think that Bali is a very interesting marked. I stayed in Canggu for 6 weeks a few years ago and can highly recommend the area. It's close to Ubud, Seminyak and Kuta, but not as touristy and high-priced. When I was there (October and November in 2016) it looked like an area on the rise. That's also what the locals told me. Many of them had moved back home to Canggu because the amount of jobs was starting to increase there. I still have a few of them on facebook and could ask them some questions if you would like to know their opinion. The reason i chose Canggu in the first place is that they have the best MMA gym in Indonesia there. Its called Bali MMA and is owned and operated by 2 american brothers. The coworking space "dojo bali" is also located in Canggu. Their 6 load balanced internet connection is rivaled by none on the Island and is therefore a magnet to all digital nomads.

    Thank you for the warm welcome @Dmitriy Fomichenko

    The "search for users"-tip you provided have already been proved useful so thank you a lot for that.

    @Morgan Nilsen, Tusen takk!

    Tønsberg is a great place. Beautiful in the summer. I was the manager for 3 people working from Tønsberg in my former job so I've had the pleasure of staying there a few times.

    It would be great to connect with other Norwegians in the real estate market. I will send you that PM so we can take it further from there.
