Hey everyone,

I was wondering if other investors in the Philadelphia area have any recommendations for small local lenders/credit unions that enjoy working with real estate investors. I have a complete personal financial statement ready to send out to multiple lenders and have good credit and all that.

Just wanted to see if any other investors in this area have any recommendations before I begin calling around. Any suggestion would be much appreciated! Thank you

Damon,

I purchased four properties through Strategy Properties (three closed in November and the fourth one in December). I was set up with them through rent to retirement and Zach Lemaster. Zach has been a good guy to work with and I would recommend him as I have no issues with him- he is very responsive and helpful. I am in the same boat as you with this Proway property management switching to Autumn property management. I also received the new PM agreement last night and there is no way I am signing it. Both proway and Autumn have been terrible. I can't even get anyone on the phone when I call the office as it goes straight to voicemail every time. I'm sure as you can tell I am fed up and I am looking for new management as we speak. I have basically had to babysit them the whole time I've been with them because they never get anything right. I'd personally recommend looking elsewhere yourself but obviously that is up to you. Good luck man!
