Same in the Mississippi market, absolutely terrible.  They have absolutely no idea what they are doing.  I fired them over 2 months ago, stay away!

Hello, I wanted to “revive” this thread again as we approach the end of the year and prep for taxes.  Thanks for sharing your CPA recommendation Jeremy.  Just wondering if anyone could also recommend a good “Tax Attorney” around the Pittsburgh area?  Looking for a “one-stop-shop” for legal and tax advice as we buy more rental properties local and out of state.  Thanks!

I’ve been following this guy on YouTube for the past few years.  He has lots of experience with this “stuffage”.  He does a realllly good job explaining different Vinyl products from the big box stores.  Type into YouTube “..Which vinyl flooring is best by HomeRenoVision.”  Good Luck!
