Can anyone recommend a lawyer to recover unpaid rental fees? I am in the Maryland Prince Georges County. The amount is under $5000 with out penalty and late fees. Is it even worth the trouble or expense of obtaining legal advise?

forcible detainer show up when running a background check on a potential renter. The credit score and histories are solid, Also the judgement amount is zero for the that case. Can anyone shine some light on the subject?

I have one rental property paid in full. I am seeking rental property number 2. I am having trouble finding a bank that provides equity loans on rental properties.
