We currently have 40-50% interests in four separate residential properties in the San Francisco/Oakland area. Looking for investors who are familiar with the partition lawsuit process to see if these are something they would be interested in purchasing. Estimated total value of the interests is just above $2.5M.

My firm keeps a list of distressed sellers in various Texas metros that could that we’d like to work with a wholesaler familiar with working in Texas. We can provide the leads on an ongoing basis as they come in and ultimately close but we just need someone to work the leads and see if we can put a deal together.
