I am in the process of reading the rei beginners guide and was looking at the real estate market cycle. I understand how this works, but I was wondering. Can be small areas on a different stages of the market cycle being completely different separate from the big picture?
If so how to the relate to one another?

Thanks Brandon for the info. I actually already had the book on order. Just wanted to know it was something good to start with or if it would need to put on the backburner. I cant wait to read it!

Has anyone read Thee UnofficialGuide to Real Estate Investing. By Spencer Strauss? I have alot of good about it, but would this be a good book for beginners or might overwhelm someone new to the business?

Thanks Bill,

I will have to go look at the beginner guide. I am unfamiliar with the workbooks. are they books from classes? Do you know how I could get whole of one?
