Hey BP!

I am working in a very high end market of Beverly Hills, California for a commercial Real Estate Co. This is a market that has Landlord Rep and Tenant Rep. and also Sales of Commercial RE. I want to tap into this market but need to do some more research on what exactly what I want to do. 

Do any of you have experience with Landlord + Tenant rep

What do you invest in?

I grew up in torrance and redondo beach. I currently live in redondo Beach. there are a few great study courses i can refer you to.

Short term is to learn the commercial side, long term own property and buildings.

I am a recent college grad with business degree. I just passed my real estate test. Im currently working in commercial real estate in Beverly Hills for the past 3 months. I have been listening to the podcast for the last month or so. I am very interested in the business and I have been interested in Real Estate since my dad owned apartment complexes when i was a kid. I used to help him as a kid. I want to start my own transactions. I would like to meet new people in my area and learn more about you and the things you do.
