Hello,

I am looking for some guidance on the prospect of developing vacant/unused land into apartment and/or a condo mixed use development. I have an inside track to some well priced, city owned land and am interested in potentially putting something together. There are multiple sites around the city that could be reviewed for either this option or others. Anyone have any expertise on the best way to approach this scenario? I haven't done anything like this before and would appreciate guidance. Thanks!
