I keep finding buildings that I'd be willing to put an offer in for but they are listed as Freddie Mac First Look: Owner Occupant offers only for the first few weeks. By the time they are available for anyone to buy they are usually picked up and off the market. Is there a way I can buy the property when it isn't my primary residence?

Hello I'm Jose, I'm from Chicago and I'm interested in learning as much as possible about real estate investing and hopefully putting it to good use. I've been interested for a long time in investing but I've never been able to take that first step. Bigger Pockets looked and sounded like it could really help me do that. Looking forward to being helped along the way and helping others in the future.
