The floor is not rigid enough, if the floor moves when you walk on it, then the grip strip will break apart.  Install cement board under it.

Time for me to retire, I have owned this property from new for 30 years and it has had excellent care.  There are three unique higher end rental homes on one property, all have vaulted ceilings and  each has a garage. There is nothing else like it in this market, they rent fast and have very little down time.  Buildings need nothing, newer roof,  2 furnaces and 2 water heaters were just replaced.   Tenants pay all utilities, landlord pays garbage pickup $400. yr. and Property taxes $3600. Yr..  

Our market just had a large manufacturer move in and there is almost nothing for rent in the area.  Rents are rising fast and I plan to raise rents 10% at lease renewal.  Greenville is 35 minutes N.E of Grand Rapids, MI.  Grand Rapids is a very strong Job market with a vacancy rate under 2%

Excellent long term tenant under lease.   Rent income is $2450. a month

This a large property of over 2+ ac., room for more development.
