Thanks, Brett - appreciate the warm welcome. I have one house in South Bend, IN that I am in the process of selling and would like to turn focus in Indpls. Although I have lived her for 20 years I have not been involved in real estate. Any turnkey providers that you recommend would be appreciated. 

I'm interested in turnkey or plain investing - looking for the right opportunities.
