Hey everyone,

I've been following the site for awhile and finally decided to become active in the forums. There is a ton of great information on the site and it is amazing how many successful investors are willing to share their knowledge. I am looking forward to connecting with others and expanding my RE education.

I'm an insurance guy as my full-time gig and awhile back we joined a local REI club to help expand our business. Over the years, we sort of created a niche working with RE investors from the insurance side. After sitting on the sidelines for awhile watching what they were doing; I was hooked. I began devouring dozens of RE books and bending the ear of everyone I knew in the business. I purchased my first rental property in 2008 and I have done several deals since. My main focus is on long-term buy & holds and I looking forward to expanding my portfolio.

I'm excited to meet others in the business and look forward to learning and sharing.
