I actually am not. I came in on this property with a small, private group of investors. It is a 6 year hold, then we will likely sell it off.

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Oklahoma City.

Purchase price: $11,055,000
Cash invested: $2,763,750

Two large multi unit apartment complexes, totaling 286 units.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Brighton.

Purchase price: $285,000
Cash invested: $5,000

Single Family Home. For the first two years I was able to generate $1,700 in cash flow each monthly. Currently, it is still cash flowing excellently. My strategy is to hold this for at least the next 10+ years.
